Есть ли у кого практический опыт использования Blackcatcard. Мальтийский банк. Получить, вроде, как быстро, если зарубежом. Но проценты на операции. Какие подводные камни для перевода на нее и снятия наличных?

Увидел эту тему, поинтересовался в интернете о Blackcatcard. Отзывы, скажем так, много негативных — раз, два. Доверия к данной конторе нет. И ещё — это не банк. А электронные деньги (Electronic Money Institution) или по-другому, электронный кошелек, платёжная система и т.п. Короче, там не будет такого контроля и гарантий, как у банка ЕС. Поэтому доверять деньги не стал бы, учитывая отзывы.

BlackCatCard остановила обслуживание в России
С 10 марта 2022 года совершение покупок с использованием платежной карты BlackCatCard в магазинах и интернет-магазинах, зарегистрированных в России, и снятие денежных средств в банкоматах РФ невозможно.
Также будет невозможно пополнить платежные карты, эмитированные российскими банками, и пополнить свою платежную карту с помощью других карт, эмитированных российскими банками.
Компания надеется, что в ближайшее время ситуация изменится и обслуживание возобновится.
