Курс биткоина вырос за сутки на 7%

Утром 9 сентября биткоин подорожал до максимума с 26 августа, до $20,7 тыс. Согласно данным криптобиржи Binance на 12:20 мск, он торговался на уровне $20,6 тыс., увеличившись в цене за прошедшие сутки на 7%.

Первая в мире криптовалюта в последние три месяца торговалась в диапазоне от $17,6 тыс. до $25,2 тыс. Актив занимает долю на рынке криптовалют в 36,9%. Дорожают и альткоины. Так, стоимость Ethereum за сутки выросла на 5%, до $1,7 тыс., а Binance Coin — на 4%, до $290.

В начале августа аналитик Ивона Гутович спрогнозировала падение курса биткоина до $9 тыс. в последнем месяце лета. По ее словам, история криптовалют, в особенности биткоина, показывает, что август не самый лучший месяц для инвесторов. Она отмечала, что эту ситуацию могут усугубить последствия борьбы регуляторов ряда стран с инфляцией, поэтому прогноз для биткоина на август носит «красный цвет» в «медвежьем» тренде, не исключены риски обновления минимумов. Эксперт также отметила, что актив по-прежнему является незрелым, и по этой причине серьезные игроки стали вновь инвестировать в золото и другие драгметаллы. 5 сентября замглавы Минфина России Алексей Моисеев в интервью телеканалу «Россия 24» заявил, что финансовое ведомство и Центробанк переосмыслили подход к криптовалютам, решили использовать их при трансграничных расчетах и планируют легализовать в ближайшее время. Минфин предложил дать возможность россиянам открывать криптокошельки, которые они сейчас заводят за пределами страны, внутри РФ. В конце января в Госдуме обсуждали возможность принятия до 31 июля документа, который будет направлен на регулирование рынка криптовалют в России. Глава думского комитета по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков указывал на актуальность принятия «правового документа, который определяет регулирование на этом рынке».

В феврале правительство утвердило концепцию регулирования оборота цифровых валют, в основу которой легли предложения Минфина. В том же месяце министерство внесло в кабмин соответствующий законопроект. Минфин рассчитывает, что регулирование криптовалют в РФ введут уже в 2022 году. Ведомство прорабатывает вопрос налогообложения доходов от таких активов. Глава Минпромторга Денис Мантуров заявил в ходе просветительского марафона «Новые горизонты» 18 мая, что криптовалюта в России обязательно будет легализована. В конце июня Банк России допустил легализацию майнинга криптовалют при условии, что выручку майнеры будут реализовывать за пределами страны. Изначально регулятор выступал против майнинга и оборота цифровой валюты. 14 июля президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, который запрещает оплату товаров и услуг цифровыми финактивами (ЦФА). Документ опубликован на сайте Госдумы.

За день до этого автор бестселлера «Богатый папа, бедный папа» Роберт Кийосаки в своем Twitter-аккаунте спрогнозировал рост курса биткоина до $500 тыс. к 2025 году. Он считает, что вера в доллар США ослабнет, а золото, серебро наравне с биткоином подорожают. При этом 14 января основатель Anderida Financial Group Алексей Тараповский заявил «Известиям», что увеличение стоимости биткоина, скорее всего, временное явление и пока рано говорить о долгосрочной тенденции роста. В начале 2023 года курс биткоина находился на уровне $16,5 тыс.
