Как исправить ошибку Epick Games Launcher
Запускаю и вылазит такое: We have detected that EpicGamesLauncher has recently crashed several times. Нажимаю нет и вылазит это: We have encountered an issue we can not recover from and must exit. Опять нажимаю нет и вылазит чёрное окно с надписями и внизу Send close или Send and restart. Что делать уже везде смотрел.

Это у них проблемы. Недавно появилась защита с картинками от спамеров. Может у Эпик Геймс сервер опустили, или он сам. И нажми на Send and restart . Проблему им отошлешь для решения. Удачи.

Ну значит скорее всего надо ждать. У Эпика г уже несколько месяцев что-то не в порядке. У меня тоже много ошибок было. Я месяц посидел-зашел-с боем вошел. Так что вот. Но это не точная информация. Посмотри на других источниках.

List of things that I know have worked for me in the past. —

Another way to find the %AppData% folder is to click on the Windows Desktop Start Icon — In the Search Box type — %AppData% — Click Enter — The Roaming Folder should Appear — Click on it — you will now see The Creative Assembly Folder — click on it — find the Rome 2 Folder and Delete it — verify the Games Cache and reboot — then you can uninstall and re-install for a clean install. If this doesn’t work something else is going on.
If you have used Mods in the past did you uninstall them ? If so check the Data folder to see if any remain and have to be manually deleted — Or better yet just delete in Data folder and then verify the games Cache.

Make sure after any of the above actions you verify game Cache and reboot.
If none of the above steps don’t work the only other option would be to a complete uninstall/reinstall —
Just make sure you delete the Rome2 %AppData% folder after you uninstall the game as it stilll may cause a crash. Delete the \Rome2

then verify games Cache and reboot.
For those of you having issues with installs on Windows 10, where you run the launcher, hit ‘play’ and steam doesn’t do anything, I’ve just managed to get it working after a lot of pain and struggle.
The key to fixing mine was the followng.
Step 1. Go to your Rome2 Directory
e.g: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War Rome2
Step 2. Right click on the awesomium_process.exe and go to its properties.
Step 3. Under the compatability tab.
— Set compatability mode to Windows 8
— Ensure the ‘Disable display scaling on high DPI settings’ checkbox is ticked
— Select ‘Run this program as administrator’
— Hit Apply.
Step 5. Apply the same changes to the Rome2.exe file.
My game now loads correctly after I hit play on the launcher. I’ve seen similiar solutions posted but I personally haven’t seen anyone suggest editing the compatibility settings on the awesomium_process file. Not certain its going to be everyone’s fix but it worked for me so I thought I’d post here.

Thanx for your advise. Step by step manual gave me a clue on how to fix the problem. Running the game as an admin failed, but an error appeared saying than MSVCP100.dll library was missing. Reinstalling the C++ Visual package from the Steam folder itself helped to fix the problem.

If Rome 2 doesnt start try this
It seems that a lot of people have a problem that Rome 2 won’t start. There is a sticky with a list that contains a lot of useful tips that can help. But if nothing there will fix the problem try this:
A friend of mine had the same problem that her game didnt start. She tried everything in this list and nothing helped, but we found another solution.
It seems that the Launcher is causing the problems. Just open your Rome2 folder in Steamapps. Open the folder «launcher» and rename the launcher.exe to something different like launcherOriginal.exe. Then get the Rome2.exe, put it in the folder launcher an rename it to «launcher.exe». The Game will now start without the launcher causing the problem. 🙂

1. Run an antivirus check to ensure your computer is virus free.
2. As this game is being updated via Steam, and as it cannot work without having Steam installed, it usually is installed in the Steam folder as this is the standard process.

— Select «Verify Integrity Of Game Cache»
— Once this process is finished click Ok/Done.
— Exit and fully close Steam.
— Launch Steam.
— If you are automatically logged in to your account, please log out of your account.

4.Changing language solution:
— Launch Steam
— Go in your game library and find Rome2
— Right click on Total War: Rome 2 in the game list (on your left hand side of the Steam window)
— Select Properties
— Select the language tab
— Change your current language to any other language –French for example-
— Shut down steam and reopen it
— Follow the “Verify Integrity Of Game Cache” again
— Go back to the language setting of Attila as explained above
— Change the language back to English
— Launch the game.
5.Rename folder solution:
— Open a windows explorer page and copy paste in the top bare the following:
%AppData%\Roaming\The Creative assembly
— Rename the Attila folder with any other name
— Launch the game
— If the issue isn’t solved this way please rename the folder back to Rome2
6.Verify no mods are installed:
— Our How to verify you have no mods FAQ, should help you ensuring no mods are installed. Mods can sometimes generate conflicts with the game itself and cause crashes.
7.Delete fx cache solution:
— Open a windows explorer page and copy paste in the top bare the following:
%AppData%\Roaming\The Creative assembly\Rome2
— Find the fx_cache file and delete everything in it.
— Launch the game.
8.Lobotomy solution:
— Open a windows explorer page and copy paste in the top bare the following:
%AppData%\Roaming\The Creative assembly\Attila
— If you have any saved games you don’t want to lose, copy/paste them in another folder out of the game folders before going on.
— Go on the FAQ page of the lobotomy solution

House Oversight plans UFO hearing after unconfirmed claims of crashed alien spacecraft
The Pentagon hasn’t found «verifiable information» to support the allegations.

The powerful House Oversight Committee is in the «early stages» of preparing a hearing on UFOs in the wake of unconfirmed claims from a former intelligence official that the U.S. has allegedly found crashed alien spacecraft — an account the Pentagon says is unsubstantiated.
Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., was first asked about these claims by a NewsNation reporter on Tuesday and said, «I’ve heard about it, I don’t know anything about it. . We plan on having a hearing.»
In a subsequent statement to ABC News on Wednesday, Oversight Committee spokesman Austin Hacker said: «In addition to recent claims by a whistleblower, reports continue to surface regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena. The House Oversight Committee is following these UAP reports and is in the early stages of planning a hearing.»
Republican Reps. Anna Paulina Luna and Tim Burchett confirmed on Twitter that they will lead the committee’s investigation into UFOs, officially referred to as unidentified anomalous phenomena or UAPs.
A spokesperson for the Pentagon said that the Department of Defense’s UAP task force, reorganized since 2022 as the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), «has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate» the claims about crashed alien craft.

«To date, AARO has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently,» Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough told ABC News on Monday night.
The former intelligence official, David Grusch, had alleged on Monday that the U.S. government has a covert program focused on recovering debris from crashed, non-human origin spacecraft and is attempting to reverse-engineer the technology, the online tech outlet The Debrief reported.
There has been no public confirmation of Grusch’s account, and a leading House Republican, intelligence chairman Mike Turner, also expressed skepticism about the idea that the U.S. government has recovered alien spacecraft.
Grusch has said he gave evidence of such a program to Congress and the Office of the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community, according to The Debrief.
Grusch said that for a little more than six months, until July 2022, he was assigned to a UAP task force that was a predecessor of AARO. He acknowledged to The Debrief that his task force did not have access to the alleged program related to crashed spacecraft but said he became aware of it through his work.
«Every decade there’s been individuals who’ve said the United States has such pieces of unidentified flying objects that are from outer space,» Rep. Turner of Ohio said when asked on Fox News about Grusch’s claims. «There’s no evidence of this and certainly it would be quite a conspiracy for this to be maintained, especially at this level.»
In an April hearing, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, the director of AARO, told the Senate Armed Services Committee that his agency was reviewing 650 incidents dating back decades but «found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.»
